When you contact us
The website links open your email app. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. We receive your email address, name if supplied, message and any property information you choose to include. Providing information is voluntary, although we may need more detail to answer your enquiry.
We use this information to respond, assess possible property sale routes and keep a record of our discussions. Our lawful basis for initial enquiries is our legitimate interest in handling requests and operating our property business. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, we also use information for those steps. We may retain records to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Please do not send tenant names, identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you contact us.
Who handles it
Fasthosts forwards messages addressed to hello@landlordnextchapter.co.uk to Morgan’s PathForge inbox at morgan@pathforge.uk. Replies may come from that address. Our email and business administration providers may process information to help us manage correspondence and records, with access limited to what is needed. We do not sell your personal information. If a proposed introduction needs information shared with a buyer or professional adviser, we explain that before proceeding, unless disclosure is required by law.

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requests and security logs to deliver and protect the site. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with the request and any ongoing discussions. We assess continued retention by whether the enquiry remains active, whether a transaction results, and whether legal, accounting or dispute-related obligations require records to be retained. Hosting and email providers also apply their service retention arrangements. You can ask us about the information held for your enquiry.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the email address above. Where we rely on consent for a separate purpose, you may withdraw it. We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would welcome the opportunity to address your concern first.
